Hello all, really need some advice here any help would be much appreciated.
I purchased a 2025 gladiator and I noticed my rear cab was off sitting at an angle. I've never taken the back top off and my gladiators got 21,963 miles. I took it to a local jeep dealer close to where I live and they inspected and verified it was never taken off as well. They submitted this to jeep through my warranty and they denied the claim saying it was outside interference ? I couldnt get a strait answer on what they meant by outside interference the dealer while inspecting said the back rear corner of the cab had a bent pin. Since its never been taken off and verified also by a jeep service don't understand why its getting denied. I spoke to the warranty mngr asked if he had ever came across this he said no. Kinda stuck need some advice.
I did put a bds 2" lift on with bielstein 5100's but that wouldn't cause it my opinion and from the warranty mngr. I did the regear to 4.88 only running 35" nittos.
