I just purchased a 2024 JTRx and traded my 2021 HA through Josh Hartman at Friendship CDJR in Bristol, TN and
honestly, the process couldn't have been easier.
1. I found the dealership after building my vehicle on the Jeep site and searching inventory.
2. Kara responded to my online request almost immediately.
3. Josh Hartman contacted me shortly thereafter and we texted/emailed with my questions/his answers + pricing on the 2024 and trade allowance on my 2021 over the next two days.
4. We agreed on $ for both, which I'm incredibly happy with.
5. Grayson Brown followed up with documentation details, and that piece was likewise handled quickly.
6. I picked up the 2024, dropped off my 2021 and was met with 0 surprises....which was a big deal to me since I drove 3 1/2 hours from South Carolina.
7. I'd recommend these guys to any of you looking for a new ride!
