I have read some posts where getting assistance, let alone communication from Jeep (Corporate, Dealer, service writer etc) is very frustrating.
I am trying to get some information about my issue and looking for recommendations on the best path.
I bought a new 2020 Gladiator Overland on Sunday 8/16/2020. I noticed the display between the tach and speedo was flickering.
Brought it back on 8/17/2020 and as of 8/27/2020 it is at the dealer waiting on a new cluster.
I have been trying to get some sort of confirmation if the part is truly available, or on back order. If it is on back order, for how long?
The service advisor said that he has no way to contact the supplier to get an eta.
I find this hard to believe and after reading some of the posts, that this is not uncommon.
Any advice on who to call an where to start would be appreciated.
Thank you.
