Help identifying rear cross member

Well the Curt bolt on tow hitch I bought doesn't fit, serves me right for not checking. Can anyone help me ID what I have got and what hitch (short of the Mopar hitch cross member) would fit?

For clarity the JTR is a GCC spec car which seems to be identical to European spec JTs.
