High Beam Activation Delay

I wanted to check and see if there is an upgrade or a fix for this.

I noticed since I got my 21’ Mojave that there is a slight delay on the activation of the high beams when pulling the stalk. At first I thought there was an issue but when I drove other Gladiators or Wranglers I noticed the same thing. I always thought of it as annoying particularly when trying to signal other drivers. I just learned to live with it.

however, I recently rented a 26 wrangler and noticed that that is not the case with the new models. You pull the stalk and immediately the high beams turn on. I am wondering if anyone had some sort of trick or hack to get the high beams to turn on quicker when pulling the stalk.

The high beam activation delay on your 2021 Mojave is an inherent trait of the Body Control Module (BCM) software from that generation and cannot be completely eliminated. However, you can achieve near-instant activation and improve responsiveness using aftermarket programmers or specific hardware checks.
