If you have jscan and electric sway bar disconnect can you help

I’ve been having terrible electrical issues and saw where a bad electric sway bar disconnect could effect stuff. I’m trying to disable my electric sway bar in jscan but it won’t bring it up. If you have jscan and electric sway bar can you can in and see if your able to disable? Also mine says something about original vin and it’s blank and then current vin and the vin does not match mine
