While we are on the subject, would someone be willing to tell me why people are so willing to lift their JTs higher than allowed by Jeep; thereby canceling their warranties?
1. Warranty doesn’t “cancel” because of a lift
2. With a lift you are able to get over stuff more easily.
3. Gladiators/Wranglers especially non Rubicon’s look horrible stock IMO.

When I was trying to decide what to do, I searched all over the forums for comparisons similar to my Jeep. I have an 80th Anniversary on a 3/4 inch front spacer to remove some of the rake. The 80th comes with the Overland wheels like yours. I added 275/70/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers which are essentially 33’s.

Ok, but I was told that MOPAR only allows up to a 2.5" lift.

Mopar makes a 2.5 period. Has nothing to do with the trucks warranty. they can’t void your warranty because you add a lift and they can’t say you can put a lift up to 2.5” I got 2 inches of lift with my tires alone lol

They can refuse warranty work if they think your mod is causing the issue. I believe that lift kits and big tires are an easy out for the dealer/company when you are having handling issues. Given how my new un-modded Gladiator drives (very good), I'd tend to agree with them. It's not going to stop me from doing some stuff to my truck. I'm just going to try and be sure that the mods are done right.
