Right after my 2020 hit the 100,000 mile marker my IPC went out. This is a serious issue and while many are under the recall my Jeep is the lucky one that isn’t under the recall. My dealer submitted an out of warranty claim for assistance and it was denied. I even had a check engine light on for my rear differential going out which I had no idea since I can’t see anything. I contacted FCA and they were absolutely no help to even tell me why mine isn’t under the recall. They said I could take it to a different dealer to have them resubmit with a statement of a more serious need of getting it repaired. How much more serious is severe safety hazards? Anyone had any dealings with this issue or any suggestions?

IIRC, the recall was only for the base 3.5" monochrome instrument clusters and not the 7.0" Premium instrument cluster that would be in a Rubicon standard.

Contact "United Radio" they will repair your cluster for $200 or so flat rate and they usually have a quick turn around. Anything the dealership is going to do will be way more expensive.
