insulation under cover kings roof covering

I have been looking at Hot Heads and CoverKings for the roof of my Gladiator. I like how the CoverKings cover the entire pieces. Has anyone put any type of insulation down first that fits with the CoverKings

There’s a thread where one guy had the mopar headliner installed on top of the coverkings liner. It looked really good.
