I’ve got this weird intermittent issue that occurs randomly after the truck sits for 24+ hours (no correlation to weather or outside temperatures). The brake pedal doesn’t give when it’s pressed so the sensor is never triggered to allow the truck to start. I’ve had to exit and renter the vehicle multiple times before the brake pedal finally gives enough to allow a start. Has anyone else experienced this?

It is infrequent enough that it’s not been caught by the dealer. But it seems to be occurring more (happened two times in the past week). It’s at the dealer today again and they are going to see if they can reproduce it.

Dealer couldn’t reproduce the issue again. I’ve looked in the Wrangler forum and it seems to be a semi-common problem. I’m not sure how Galdiator brake booster works, but I’m thinking that it may be caused by a vacuum leak.

I had the dealer check into the issue again. They couldn’t reproduce the issue - but I was finally able to resolve it on my own! It wasn’t a cheap fix, but it was totally worth it… I traded it in for a newer Rubicon.
