Finding paint to match is going to hard. You can try and setup a search notification on Ebay in the hopes of one used popping up or searching online salvage places like LKQ but that may be a pig in a poke what you get.

The bare tailgate shell in the white paintable run like $500 or cheaper from some of the OEM parts vendors. That may be an option plus the cost to have it painted.
