Jeep Beach or Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion

So I know there are other Jeep events like the Toledo fest, the one in Jersey, and Easter Jeep Safari, etc. But as far as the sure amount and capacity of Jeeps, Jeep Beach and Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion seem to be the top and largest events.

I've only ever been to Jeep Invasion recently as this year for the first time. It was amazing. And I don't really see myself going to Jeep Beach anytime soon due to my normal family vacation (also in Florida) usually being a few weeks right after. Two trips from my location in that short of a time is no bueno.

But a recent topic of conversation with a group of friends came up about which event is better?

So GSMJI claims to be the largest event. (Assuming that is true, which I personally can't confirm) in the defense of Jeep Beach, GSMJI is only 3 days compared to 10 days of Jeep Beach. So I imagine capacity is more spread out over the course of 10 days compared to everyone at Invasion at once for a shorter period.

In any case, with all biases like weather preferences or home state loyalty aside, I'd like to hear particularly from those who's been to both on which one is better and why? And larger for that matter?

Done both in 2022 and 2023 and will probably do both in 2024 as well.

Jeep beach feels larger to me and is much better organized. The speedway and Daytona in general is just much better setup and prepared for large crowds. No long entry lines, prepurchase tickets, easy and plentiful event parking, and more organized events throughout the week. Jeep beach is also more of a party and spectacle with beach parties, obstacle courses in the middle of the event, vip parties, organized parades etc.

We love both but we go to gsmji for doing things in town and the park, jeep beach the jeep events themselves are the attraction for us.
