Looks to me like that thing could have gathered some speed by the time it got back to that intersection. At the very least it would have been backing into oncoming traffic. Wow.
Now - was the "hitch" "broken" or - ill-connected?

This is what can happen if you tow with a bumper that is NOT rated for towing behind an RV.

"RECOVERY" points on a bumper are different than "TOW" points.

I have RV'ed and in all of the lower 48 and into Canada 3 times. I've done my research and only a few bumper manufacturers will state in writing that they are rated to be used for towing, but even more brands have it in writing in their instructions that they are NOT rated for towing.

I'm sure a few people will be commenting soon about how their Amazon bumper is great and they have been doing it for a while with no problems.

It's not a problem.......... till it is.
