I probably will not use #jeepandtruckparts ever again. I placed my order at 11:00 AM on January 9. It is January 17, and I still have not received a call from the shipping company to deliver the tires. The jeepandtruckparts.com site says they ship same day, but my tires didn't ship until January 14 (5 days after I placed the order). I'm anxious to see what the manufacturer dates are on these tires. Also odd that they drop shipped them from Fort Worth, TX. Nitto/Toyo is located a couple hours from me in Georgia.

I ordered four (4) tires from them on January 9. The shipment arrived today, and they only shipped three (3) tires. So now I have a trip to the mountains planned in four days and surely won't have the fourth tire by then. Eleven days to get three tires is unacceptable. I definitely don't recommend anyone ordering anything from @jeepandtruckparts or @hptautosport .

Well, it's official. I'm in hell. This vendor does not take phone calls and sand bags you every time you send an email. Their website says that all four tires were shipped. They admitted that only 3 tires were sent, but their only offer was to refund the money for one tire. I told them that I want a full refund and they can come and get the three tires that were delivered. What would you do? I called my credit card company, and they asked me to wait until tomorrow before they reverse the charges.
