Mixed experience with Metalcloak

The problem I have with metalcloak is their shipping! I live in Alaska and FedEx is a disaster for Alaskans. Guess which shipper MC uses…Get off your ass and use the USPS…

You can always request a different shipper - just call your order in. We have access to USPS and ship all the time for APO/FPO. We can only make adjustments when we hear of issues and this is the first time I've personally had a shipping complaint from our Alaskan customers. - Matson

cancelled my last order with you, the shipping to Alaska was more than the item cost…FedEx ground to Alaska is a joke! Put the shipping options in writing, don’t list FedEx as the only option…
