I ordered a pair of hood locks based on member feedback from Rugged Ridge and besides the initial confirmation email, I haven't received anything from them. Checked the order today and it shows 'waiting for fulfillment' Any positive or negative feedback with this company? Should I look somewhere else?
I really wanted the locks by the end of the month before vacation.

I ordered my bumper from them a few years ago. They took my return as I ordered for the wrong model, no questions asked. Free return SHIPPING and quickly shipped the right bumper. Good experience

I’ve used a lot of their products over the years and have never had a complaint as to quality or fitment.

Ordered the same hood locks off Amazon and had them within a week! Haven’t installed them yet though.

The only thing I’ve ordered was thru Amazon…. Rugged Ridge Entry Guard Kit.
Received them in a matter of days… but that was back in May 2024.
I’ll buy it on Amazon first (if available) before going to the actual site.

I've used a lot of RR parts as well but I don't think I have ever ordered directly from them. I've used Quadratec, Extreme Terrain, Northridge4x4, 4WP, Amazon, etc. and I don't think I have ever ran into shipping or delivery issues, even when I ordered large items like fenders. Have you tried calling them?

That's would I would think too, but I've had great shipping experience with those 3rd party vendors and I'm in Hawaii!

Have several Rugged Ridge products, never had an issue. Sometimes I think we now expect too
much from suppliers. Near instant gratification. I come from a time before the internet and even
before I had a credit card. Used to shop in a catalog, fill out paper order form and mail it in with a
personal check. Entire process took weeks, slow mail, then the check had to clear, only then would
the items be shipped. Patience my friend, patience.

I usually go to the brick&mortar if I can, if it's online I usually go directly to the manufacturer website when possible. I, personally, hate that Amazon is taking over and so many brick&mortar places are going out of business.
@pharmfrank - when I was young, kid and teen years, we too ordered from a catalog, sent a check or mom paid with the store credit card (JC Penny, Sears, Wards, etc) or a personal check, and waited and waited and waited for what seemed like forever.. ..

I ordered hood locks from extreme terrain, I believe and had no issues. I ordered an antenna/whip flag under-hood mount directly from manufacturer, no issues, fender liners directly from manufacturer, fender flares from Extreme terrain, and whip flag and pole from manufacturer,no issues at all.

@Bananaman - Good luck, I hope you have a good experience with them.

Somethings up with this company. I've tried calling and get extended wait times, I've already put in a refund request with Pay Pal, and they contacted them...nothing.
I ordered the locks from Extreme Terrain a few days ago and just got them in today.
