Undercover Fab Works anyone have experience with them?

Wondering if anyone has had any experience with UCF out of Alabama? I placed and paid for an order on 6-25 for their front and rear half doors, and didn't hear anything for almost three weeks, When I emailed to get an idea of ship time Matt stated that "The rears were waiting on the laser company" and he could ship me the fronts if I liked. I agreed and received the fronts. Now its been another month and no rear doors, emailed on Friday and haven't received a reply, just tried calling and it was picked up and hung up twice. I will add that their website notes no lead time on the doors, nor did it when I ordered and paid for them. I get 3-5 weeks on some stuff but the no communication is not doing it for me.

Filled a claim today, would not recommend UCF to anyone, just pay the man and go motobuilt. Sad that when offered solutions a smaller company still chooses to stonewall and not just take care of their customer. Also the fitment is not good, will post pictures, I wasn't all to surprised as they are half the price of motobuilt.

I have their super high clearance aluminum skid plate and oil pan skid plate on my LJ. Real nice stuff.
I bought it many years ago though.
