On my 2023 Gladiator Rubicon what does "Quad Headlamps Enable On/Off" do? I am guessing keeping the low beam on with the high beam? Currently my low beams drop out when the high beams turn on. I am trying to have low, high, and fogs on at the same time. I have enabled the setting to keep the fogs on with the high beam already.

Be careful - there's a lot of stuff in there that's not for OUR Jeeps but are for other vehicles including non-Jeeps.
You'll find settings for equipment that simply doesn't exist.
For example, there are settings for rear wipers, and other stuff that no Jeep has - likely used for RAM or some other Stellantis-made vehicle. These share a lot of the "programming" of other vehicles.

Example -
vehicle is an SRT?

On my previous JL Wrangler I had I enabled the fogs with high beam setting, and it gave me lows, highs, and fogs all on at once. The JL had factory LEDs though, so the low beam was on with the high beam. On my new Gladiator I enabled that setting. The low beams turn off when the high beams turn on. The Gladiator has halogens though. I am just trying to get it to have it like my JL.

You likely had halogens - not looked into details, but that may be how those worked on the JK.

As far as I can see, it can't hurt anything to try the setting - worst that can happen is - it not work.........

I plan on trying to enable the Quad Headlamps setting to see what it does. I didn't notice that my low beams were going off with the high beams on until I drove to work this morning. It's the first time I drove it in the dark, since I got it over a month ago.

My JK had factory LED headlights and fogs.

I have not ventured into JScan on the JT yet.
I’m not looking forward to dealing with the security bypass cable.

Get the extension cables then you only suffer scrapes one time. Leave the extensions connected to the gateway all the time.
