Anybody have these and have issues? As stated above 3rd pair. Have them in dash corners.
1st pair: bad wiring on one speaker sound kept cutting in and out.
2nd pair: lost power all together on drivers side.
3rd pair: lost power on passenger side.
All three instances I trouble shot by switching speakers. The speaker that lost power would not play on opposite side and the speaker that worked would play on the opposite side.
Powered by JBL 40 watt per channel amp. There are no shorts.
I'm done with these. Not slamming Kicker. Have 6 3/4" CS in the roll bars and 6 1/2" in knee panels and they sound great!
Good news is Crutchfield has been easy to deal with every time.
