Light bar mounting

Hey guys, I got a free 50” light bar to test out and I’m trying to figure out the best place to mount it. Looking at either over the hood or over the windshield. Just curious what some of you all might recommend. Pros and cons of either spot and preferences would be helpful. Also, for either, what mounting brackets do you prefer? Thanks.

For the moment I can’t go that route. It’s for an ambassador program so I need to have it on and test and review it. I’m leaning towards the hood mount option mostly because if I use the windshield brackets it will hide the tan for my Jurassic park wrap.
