Looking for shop to do regear near Charlotte

I'm wanting to regear from 3.73's to 4.88's. It's a little low on power in higher gears with the lift and tires, and I want to go bigger on tires next time around too. I have two quotes so far, from Tarheel 4wd, and from Carolina Customs. They are not very close to each other in price, so I'm looking to get some more quotes to compare. If anyone here near Charlotte (within an hour) knows how to do it and is willing to show/help me I would be willing to pay some labor costs to you instead of a shop. Thank you for any recommendations.

I think these guys used to be Carolina Truggies (https://www.ctraceworx.com/). They regeared my Comanche about 10 years ago. You could try these guys too: https://www.truckaccessoriesindiantrailnc.com/. They have a shop Gladiator.

Check out the DIY guide by @Chevymitchell over on the JL Forums, it's easily the best I've seen, and you can tell he does things right. He's also in NC, so you may be able to work a deal with him.
