Looking to customize as a gift :)

Hey y’all! New here so I’m looking for some help. I was looking to do some custom letter overlays for my BF’s gladiator as a gift/surprise. Can anyone help me with the sizing? I can’t find it anywhere and it’s going to be hard for me to inspect his jeep when we are together without ruining the surprise. It just says Jeep on the doors and the rear.

I really appreciate any help. I have some really cool camo carbon fiber vinyl, a design to use with my cricuit but dont have measurements.
