MasterTop Full View Rear Window Issue

I finally got the full-view MasterTop rear window from Quadratec delivered last week (See Here) and have kept it on in hopes to stretch it out and flatten it a bit. The window fits very very tightly but overall is really nice to have and looks great. The only problem that hasn't worked itself out is along the bottom edge:

I was hoping these ripples would work themselves out, but they haven't. Does anyone have ideas on this? It seems to be the way it was manufactured, and if I can't get them to go away I'm going to request a refund. Which is unfortunate because I really like the window if it wasn't for these.

I don't currently have a soft top, but will eventually. I'm curious what is the difference in the $99 one you linked and the one for $249?

That one has the factory twill or black diamond material surrounding the window. It's a direct OEM replacement. I did not order that one.

Good to know. So the one you got is more window and less material?

Correct. It's 100% vinyl, no material border at all.

For those who might run across this later on:

The wrinkles pictured eventually worked themselves out. Took about a month, but it's smooth now. I just didn't expect it to take that long, but it's all good!

I had never seen that window before its nice. Guess still to early to tell if it will hold up to taking on and off.

I like the idea, but it's just more surface area to get scratched... ugh
