Minor damaged

So after playing in the snow my driver side Rokblokz got hung up and decide to brake some little plastic mounting holes that appear to be part of the fender. I haven't had a chance to climb under the truck to verify if its one piece or not but my fears maybe true based on this picture. I'm wondering if anyone can confirm what I'm seeing, is the little part that is circled in red only sold with the fender? The two little tabs that hold the push pins for the fender liner are what broke.

I'm surprised mine have made it on 8 Badge of honor trails and 18,000 miles. Its an upgrade thats coming to my JT. They are pretty flimsy.

Hey Benny @AllMoparParts.com can you help with my question? I'm wondering if this honeycomb type piece is available on its own. It appears to be just a support piece that is riveted with the plastic rivets so it doesn't seem like its hard to replace.
