Mojave right rear axle seal leak

My 21 Mojave has an axle seal leak from the right rear. I took it to the dealer and it is being repaired under factory warranty. The service and parts guys told me that this is a common problem if you run any size tire larger than stock size, and this will keep happening. Has anyone else had this problem ?

Just to add, It's happening to plenty of people stock, so don't let them blame the tires, unless you're on like 40s or something. Mine was leaking on the factory 33s.
