Where have you been Bill?

A whole mix of things - still going through some of the crap from last summer's fiasco with meds - some claim it's "long covid" others say it's the drugs that did it. Totally exhausted mentally and physically most days.
Along with that, weather and power problems cause issues with my shop - the plating baths and chemicals (one tub sprung a leak letting a few hundred dollars of chemicals go out the drain)
Trying to get the energy to catch up on my shop work for others
But most recently - dealing with Barbara's major health issues. She's not herself - extreme BPs, horrible fatigue where she sits and reads much of the time instead of doing her sewing and quilting, and waiting for weeks for appointments.
Sometimes, just have to sit back and take a break and move back. Some of the craziness here..... conspiracy stuff and more.........stepped back from it.

My 25 Mojave X Mojito! was registered as ordered with VON on the 13th. 2 days later, got a VIN. 3 after that, it says it was scheduled.
Man, this takes forever?
What's the holdup?

There's a whole lot of those new blue ones out there on lots around the country - BEAUTIFUL color, and looks fantastic with the Mojave orange accents. I bet it ends up being a very popular color.

I've always loved that color. In fact, I'd love to have one, but my fiance loathes it. So it would sadly be a no go.

They probably have ordered the parts for the frame or something. May 5th is well over a month away. Once one ships to this area, it's about 2 days (truck direct from Ohio to Des Moines.
If the estimated arrival is May 5th, it would likely ship the 1st or 2nd.
I don't put much stock in that being built thing - it likely means they ordered the steel for the frame.

Update to the update to the update..............
I talked to my guy Scott at the dealer - he said he had the build sheet, it's built, in final inspection. He expects it to arrive within the next couple of weeks.

2025 Mojito! Mojave X is built and waiting for final inspection and moving to the shipping staging area. Once it's shipped it's usually 2 to 3 days as they come direct from Ohio to Iowa via truck - no trains, no sitting around in a rail yard.
Scott told me the "build" was actually done Friday, but it of course goes back and forth to get bedliner and other stuff done, then final inspection.

Damn, I'm like a kid on Christmas eve looking forward to a massive set of Legos or something - or like Pickle sitting anxiously waiting for me to get his Delectables opened up.
