Looking to find out if the Mopar 2” lift for a Diesel JT work on a non Diesel JT? I am asking because I own a 2020 Rubi JT which is non Diesel and would like to install the 2” Mopar lift but not too keen on adding spacers to remove the rake. I was thinking if the diesel motor was heavier than the gas 3.6 then to solve the weight issue the factory would uses taller front springs? So if I used the lift for the diesel on my non diesel JT this would alleviate the need for spacers for the front springs and removed the rake. Or if I could order the springs from the Mopar 2” diesel lift? Just thinking out loud, any knowledge would be appreciated! Thanks in advance, Joel

You have to remember it’s the spring rate that’s different, not just the height. I would assume the ride with the diesel suspension would be a bit harsh if installed in a gasser.

Thanks, wasn’t sure if the spring was physically longer or had tighter coils (rate). IFS was a lot easier with adjustable coil overs on my Toyotas, but a solid axel is IMO a lot stouter. I think I will be going with the 2.5” Clayton lift if I can dial out the front rake……… Joel
