Motobilt crusher front bumper on Mojave/Rubicon

I am wanting to run this motorbilt crusher bumper but also want to keep my stock front skid plate. It looks like it should be OK just wanted to ask…

Have any of you installed this with the factory skid?

I have this bumper with the bull bar and the Motobilt skid plate, its a beefy plate better then the stock one just saying. Also the stock fog lights will not work on this bumper.
