Hello, new member here but long time Jeep owner. I do not use Jeeps to throw mud offroad and have fun on the beach with friends. Instead, I use Jeeps as functional utility vehicles.

I purchased my first Gladiator / JT after having a need for long distance 1/2 ton hauling (50+ mile trips) with deep 2+ mile trips into Louisiana forests. My 2015 Jeep Rubicon has a 4" lift with 35" Firestone M/T 2 tires but suffers with poor payload moving abilities and any payload carried is inside which makes it difficult when hauling dirty equipment back home.

2021 Jeep Mojave has solved all my problems and has proven itself capable of hauling in many needed items a long distance. The Jeep has already brought in a load of 40 cinderblocks to a coastal cheniere in Cameron Parish, Louisiana for erosion control. Many other trips have been made with payloads that my Rubicon could never do.

I share my story here to inspire fellow Jeep owners to get make a difference outdoors and seek nothing in return.

Sincerely,
Reuben, Director of Gathright Land Conservancy

*NOTE: I use my Jeeps to support environmental awareness. Instead of protesting climate change and begging others to pay climate taxes for my cause, I purchase land across the state of Louisiana and plant trees. Eco-warriors and people that state our world has to much C02 emissions do not follow up their talk with action planting trees. Instead, they ask others to do the hard work for them and collect administration fees. So far my organization owns over 120+ acres of land along the Gulf Coast. We haul in Longleaf Pine and Cypress tree seedlings for planting. We move in cinderblocks to the properties to control erosion where needed. After going through a Ford 7.3L Diesel 4x4 and other vehicles, only a Jeep can get on, travel deep into and manage these remote forests in the tough Louisiana dirt without getting stuck.

FIELD NOTES:
1) February, 2021 Cameron Parish, Louisiana: Location was struck with two hurricanes Laura and Delta in 2020. Storm surge during Laura hit at least 15' into these oak trees. On this trip we delivered 40 cinderblocks to the back of this coastal forest to help anchor the soil against future storm surges.

2) September 2021; Revisited the Cameron coastal property. We do not cut down brush at these lands to protect the soil. Instead, we wait for the brief winter months to go in and plant more trees and collect wildlife game camera photos.

3) November 2019; Cameron coastal property Before the hurricanes.

4) Jeep Rubicon at another conservation property in Louisiana. On this trip, we had no way of getting the boards to construct an observation tower in the woods than to drive in the Rubicon. The Rubicon excels at treading softly through the mud. The observation tower is used to remove feral hogs at our various conservation forests.
