No Sound From Speakers

2023 Gladiator Rubicon EcoDiesel

Impacted Sources:
All audio sources, AM/FM, Bluetooth, CarPlay even Parksense.

At first it was intermittent but now seems permanent. Even with pulling fuse to reset or disconnecting battery has no impact.

Issue has occurred with stock head unit and during one of the positively intermittent times upgraded to Stinger Horizon12 head unit.
Both head units operate and you can see volume adjustments etc. just no sound at all.

Next Steps
Planning to test one of the Stinger RCA Outputs to see if that is generating audio. Would confirm issue is with speaker/amp/etc.
- Would confirm if aftermarket amp/speakers could be a viable option (if not able to find fix).

Additionally, thinking I should put stock head unit back in and take to dealer to see if is a bad OTA update, Factory Amp issue etc.
From what I can tell the issue is somewhere between speakers and source unit (why I'm thinking factory amp or software).

Have searched this forum and jl forum and finding similar but not same issue. Thanks for any thoughts or inputs!

IMO.. if the wiring is OEM intact and you are still under warranty.. put the OEM radio back in and get to the dealership for diagnostics and warranty coverage.

Is the mute button on? Lower left of dash area…. actually, after reading your post more completely I see you had intermittent issues so good luck!
