Maryland Noise coming from under.

So a couple of months ago i install rubicon take offs and i also addes a 1.5” teraflex front spacer lift. I was very happy with the results but recently i started hearing this noise coming from under the car. I can only recreate it when im driving slow and press on the brakes and you hear it... also when im coming to a complete stop you hear it as well, it comes from under the bed. It only happens when the body flexes forward while i step on the brakes.
Could over torque and under torque cause this? Could it be my drive shaft hitting something?

This is in the wrong section, but check the your sway bar link bolts. Mine have become loose and created a sound like that.
