Noise when turning. Second time

First time was last week.. I found a bolt wedged behind the seat sliding back and forth. Sounds like same thing but can’t find the bolt..

At least it’s a bolt and not something major?

while working on my suspension today, i saw a random bolt hanging in the frame, nowhere near where i was working so I know it come from the factory that way. question is where the hell does it go or did somebody drop it during assembly.
