O2 sensor voltages

In 10,000 miles I have had to replace both the upstream & downstream O2 sensors on the drivers side, additionally the alternator was replaced in an attempt to solve this I believe... at the moment the new ones are not throwing any codes, but voltages are widely fluctuating.

I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on this predicament.

Typically HEGO (Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen) sensors do not show a steady voltage: they swing up and down like you're seeing.

Prior to sensors being replaced, this is only for the latest upstream sensor.
