This is a no harm/ no foul thing I suppose. I have a 2022 Gladiator Sport. I purchased a package of 5 wheels, 5 tires and 5 TPMS valve stems to be delivered mounted and balanced. They were delivered mounted and balanced....sans TPMS. Just reg stems. 30 minutes later after patiently explaining the issue several times, I get the TPMS in the mail. Like 10 days later. I pay for the swap, no problem(even though it was half the cost of the stems). All is well....I think. Next I get a letter from ET with an RMA requsting the return of the TPMS valves I just got and installed. If they do not receive them, "my account will be blocked". No big. Its a mix up. ANOTHER 30 minutes on the phone, I am promised they have it fixed. Couple days later with a firmer letter stating they that have made multiple requests for their TPMS valve stems and have not heard from me(at least 45 minutes on the phone at this point in history, these folks are nuts!). Yet ANOTHER phone call with an exasperated woman who straight up says "I have no Idea what to do. What do you want me to do?" I told her to block my account as they would never see a plug nickle from me again anyway. That is how they chose to leave a relatively simple customer service issue. Like I said, no harm to me, but just on principle...they are done. G'Bye ET!
