Could a down stream 02 sensor cause a rough idle? I don’t have any codes but counted more misfires on JScan on the right bank then the left cylinder 3 in particular having the most. I changed the upstream with no improvement. I saw there was a tsb for downstreams, but not sure if it can contribute to the rough idle.

Injectors, coil packs, spark plugs, cams and followers, oil leak (from valve cover) onto O2 sensor/wiring, as well as other things can cause a rough idle.
You are sort of just tossing new parts in hoping to resolve an issue?
Why not use JSCAN to monitor the O2 sensors?

Yes, O2 sensors can cause the PCM to either richen or lean out the mixture to compensate for a false reading, but that's just tossing stuff at the wall to see what sticks.

Thanks for the response I was hoping you would help lol. I had it at the dealer no cam issues they opened it up. I replaced all the plugs on that bank. Oem, and gapped. I replaced coil pack on cylinder 3 no difference.

Does the negative fuel trim on bank 1 indicate anything In relation to bank 2
