Passenger seat table or desk from grab handle?

There are many options available for folding desk or table for driver side (attached to steering wheel) or back of the seats, I am looking for something similar that is functional for front passenger side if anyone has bought or build it as DIY project? Appreciate some inputs or links and design ideas!

I am not planning to use while driving, something foldable/packable to use when parked for use of laptop or eating meals! Something like they have for driver side steering wheel such as shown here link https://a.co/d/3S0VIuz .

They make those small beanbag lap tables, maybe that would work?
