How do you reboot the system?

Pull down the top menu(slide from top middle of screen down) twice. Once to show and second time to expand it and then choose reboot. See attached image.

Awesome. Thanks! Is there a way to NOT have pictures at all… just see the gauges or media screens with no background photos.
Can not seem to just be able to have them both off the screen with none others loaded.

Go to settings, display and then brightness level

The only way you will get any update is to contact Phoenix Automotive. I have not seen any public release updates from them.

Tip for those getting this head unit. If you are using a Iphone make sure you are using original APPLE charging/USB cords. It appears aftermarket ones have issues connecting. Bought a nee APPLE USB fire charger and it connects QUICKLY!!

Do any of them have wireless CarPlay built in?

I know it will do blu-tooth and hotspot. There are selections for Wifi but i have not dived into that. I normally keep my phone charging while in it and its connected.

Here is a pic of the default launcher. This shows a custom background and custom vehicle image. I captured that image with my iPhone and the automatic object isolation thing.

I need to get a current image that includes the new bumper and winch.

Pulled the trigger on this radio. It's the android 12 version. Installed it yesterday. Still figuring out all the features and adjustments. My biggest issue is so far is sound quality is terrible. Spoken word is fine but music has lost all lows and it seems like the factory Alpine sub is not working at all. If you have any ideas or suggestions on how to adjust it please let me know!

I did a lot of heavy thinking about the 12.1 Tesla style radio from Phoenix. Some of the reviews made me nervous, while others seem really promising. I had the 5inch radio, so this one I found on Amazon was a really nice upgrade, and was surprisingly plug and play. Looks great as well. Very pleased, and only spent $108.

I have upgraded all speakers to Kicker as well. Sounds really great and much loader, but now my sound bar vibrates when heavy bass hits.
Anyone know how to remedy that?
