Photo editing help URGENT

Anyone have any photo editing skills? I have a photo of a close friend and co worker who passed away last weekend and his funeral is tomorrow. He wore glasses and the work photo that we have and plan to use for a canvas has flash reflection in the lenses. I'm looking for someone to assist with retouch on it.

I know what usually entails with photo editing requests, but I'm asking it please not to go that way. I will forward the photo to anyone who is able to assist with a retouch.
