Please help Need OEM tow hitch

Hello Gladiator Community, Unfortunately old shop (Closed & took of on me after damage) Damaged my OEM tow hitch attached to my Rig. New shop (Ricky at G Force off road )noticed they stripped my threads when they installed rear bumper. Does anyone have a rear tow hitch system they want to get rid off. Ricky said its not safe to tow anything. I have plans in June with family. Thank you in advance

The only threads I see on there are the nuts on the mounting brackets. Are you able to remove those and put new ones on?

I think there welded into the tow hitch. I found 1 online. Im probably going to purchase as my Rig is at the shop.

Have the shop weld on new nuts and paint them black. Wouldn’t take more than about 15 minutes to grind the old ones off and tack the new ones on.

I rather not weld bc they won't take liability if something happens when I tow anything.
