Powdercoating stock wheels

I have a set stock Rubicon wheels that are black with silver rim. I want to powder coat the silver part. Does anyone know if the black is paint or powder coat? If its paint, will it hold up in a 400 degree oven?

I think they would strip the whole thing down to metal before powder coating. So no to only the silver part, you’d get the whole wheel done.
