Has proven totally weather resistant and locks to bed to deter theft. Comes with all mounting hardware, bracket, lock, two keys. Easy install.

I never had trail rails so can't say for certain but the bracket mounts about halfway up the bed and the top of the box itself is well below and to the inside of the bed rail so I don't think it would interfere.
