Several of us ran a ultra casual shakedown trip to test some new gear and just stretch our legs some.
My friend had a new renogy setup to test - that worked awesome, seemed like unlimited power. He also had a new bluetooth diesel heater to break in. I feel the running those from an app is the way to go.
Myself- I got his "only ran in the driveway for 5 minutes" diesel heater. Basically its these. They ran great but are terribly wobbly with fuel in the side tank, trying to think of a way to mount and plumb them better.
I also ran the annex on my tuff stuff alpha but i could NOT get the interior poles to mount up right. it was like there wasnt enough slack. I did manage to fix a pretty epic camp pizza in my coleman oven though. Sadly I didnt record much after we made camp, i was just too busy trying to figure out that annex and make dinner to mess with much. The rain set in that night and we just called it the next morning.
Anywho- here is the video.

That little diesel heater looks pretty cool... wonder if I could run the fuel hose down my (JTRD) tank?
