very fortunate that national forests in the southern smokies are no more than 20 mins from my driveway. Went up on some USFS roads today and we had a BLAST!! Saw a bear that went about 400 lbs. several deer and a bunch of mud and rocks. After 2 days of commuting to the office she was ready for a real workout. No issues. Performed flawlessly.

This was not a challenging road but I had the mrs make a video so you get a sense of how the front camera works. I used it often to position the tires over larger rocks on the trail that might challenge ground clearance.

Looks like fun! Bumped into another Gladiator over by Charlie's Creek yesterday. Couldn't have been you, could it?

I didn’t see anyone where I was. Charlie’s creek doesn’t ring a bell. Now I have to look it up and go find it. Thanks for the excuse...lol

Nice. Burnt Mountain? I take motorcycle over it often. Where is this trail? Need to get the Gladiator up there!

Up behind Amicalola Falls. I thought I could get all the way up to Nimblewell Gap and back out via Niblewell Gap Road but the usfs had the gates locked up. Nice ride, not too radical so no dents or dings...lol

But yeah the overlook pic is on Burnt Mountain on the way to the Falls. Just after the overlook is where we saw the bear.

Nice. I'll have to check out the trail!

And Burnt Mtn and bears do seem to go together. I rounded a corner on the S1000RR one day and there was a bear chilling on the side of the road. Then we had one run out in front of us when my girlfriend was driving her 718 up there. Good times for sure.
