Hello, new overland owner here.
I have a fishing spot I like to go to that requires a couple of low water bridge crossings. One of those requires fording up a creek a fair way. While it’s not especially deep, it is rutted out pretty bad in spots and I’m not much of a risk taker.
is there anything I should do to protect the vehicle in case I accidentally nose it down into a hole or something? Diff breathers, maintenance, etc?
