Removable rear window?

Larger window would be nice, but to be honest, I haven’t opened the small window on the back of my trucks in over 5 years.
Geez, I opend mine almost every time I drive my F-250. Whether it was for fresh air, or to haul 10' PVC without hanging off the tailgate - I used the heck out of it.

Now I don't expect my gladiator to have a rear window at all for 7-8 months out of the year, so it's a compromise I'm OK with.

I think that would prove to be some problematic engineering with a removable top...
I don't see why. The bulkhead doesn't go anywhere with the top removed. The glass could simply retract inside the bulkhead. It would have the added benefit of making the removable top weigh less as well.
