Replacement Outer Fender Guard / Pad???

In getting gall the grime and dirt from the weekend off my Willys today I noticed a nice little gouge in rear fender. It looks like a piece of plastic or rubber is covering the forward facing part of the fender for extra protection, almost like a phone screen protector.

Does anyone know if this is something that can be peeled off and replaced? If so does anyone know a part number??

That looks like a piece of PPF. You can probably go to your local tint shop or vinyl sticker shop and they can replace it for you. May even be cheaper than going to the dealer.

Seems like that would make it
look like it has black patches on its “knees”
