If I’m not mistaken, but I believe Quadratec fabricated that themselves for their YJL Build (which is what you have pictured), along with a lot of other body panels. I don’t think anybody sells something like that, but I’m sure a local fab shop could do something similar to that for you.

You could also pull one from an old Wrangler YJ, though not as updated as the Quadatec YJL build, and you'd have to fab it so it can attach to your JT.

Back when I got my 2010 JKU, a company called Pavement Ends made retro (and very affordable) bumpers. They are still in business but don’t do bumpers any more. A shame.
