Rock Monster Hood

Has anyone upgraded to the Rock Monster hood? If so how was the paint match, the ease of changing it out and the overall experience of the aftermarket hood and dealing with them. Thanks

I haven't experienced upgrading my Jeep hoods but all you need is your JT's color code and bring it to a paint/body shop. However, when I asked local shops here how much it would be to paint fenders, I got a quote of over $1,000!! I can imagine how much it would be for a hood Just a few years ago I had quotes of only $400 to paint fenders

Long story short I dented and cracked the paint in my hood due to my own stupidity of forgetting to latch the side locks and the safety lock didn’t hold. I have quotes between $800 - $1150 have it repaired. I can get one from Rock Monster for $1200 so you can see how I’m leaning.
