Have not purchased any but their customer service is quick to reply. I have asked a few questions and they reply super quick and even gave info on new products. I want 18s and they are coming out with some at the beginning of the summer.

I too have been talking with their customer service and asking them some questions. So far they are very responsive and have answered all of my questions.
On a Wrangler forum, I found some people saying that the Rock Trix RT105 wheels are not very strong. I asked Rock Trix about this and this was their response: "We see the Gladiator has a 3750lb GAWR. Since our wheels have a 2000lb load rating, the axles would break before the wheels do."
