Rocky Ridge Jeep Gladiator Horizontal Shock Keeps Coming Loose

Does anyone else have rocky ridge mod on their gladiator, just got mine a couple months ago and the horizontal shock keeps coming loose. It came loose within the first couple weeks, had the dealer tighten it, now its loose again? See video, any ideas??
